There are some areas which i avoid though, mostly Arcane Sanctuary, Maggot Lair, Sewers under Kurast which are just to tight for effective (and safe) play. The killspeed was actually really good for having absolutely no gear. I found a Magic Amulet with 22 teleport charges pretty early which gave me amazing agility and the ability to focus my firepower and kite groups together for CE instant kills. Of course, I finished all regular content.
